DISPATCH & SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders using Australia Post
Free Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD (applies to Standard only, Express available at checkout)

For orders under $150:
Standard Shipping Rate: $9.95 AUD (2–8 business days)
Express Shipping Rate: $18 AUD (1–4 business days)
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping
We’re excited to offer international shipping!

We currently ship to:

  • Australia & New Zealand
    Asia-Pacific hubs: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia
    North America: USA & Canada
    UK & Europe (selected): United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland
    We don’t ship to South America, most of Africa, Russia, Ukraine, or China at this time.

Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Standard and Express International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery time

Standard International: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)
You’ll receive a tracking number when your parcel is shipped.

Express International: 3-6 business days (depending on destination)
You’ll receive a tracking number when your parcel is shipped.

Please note: Customs and import taxes may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These fees are set by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. As customs policies and import regulations vary from country to country, we unfortunately cannot estimate these costs in advance. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any associated costs — including return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees.

Important Notes  
We are not responsible for any customs delays or charges once the order leaves Australia.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 10 am AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 10 am or on weekends will go out the next business day.
Please Note: During busy periods (like product launches), dispatch may take up to 2  business days — We appreciate your patience as a growing brand!
