Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your JIACKD pieces.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to provide exchanges (subject to stock availability) or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags still attached
Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How Exchanges Work
To request a return or exchange, please email [support@jiackd.com.au] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if item is faulty
Items must be: Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
After you contact us:
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange and notify you via email.
Faulty & Damaged items
We take great care in ensuring every JIACKD piece meets our quality standards. If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To lodge a faulty item claim, please email [support@jiackd.com.au] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
After you contact us:
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, JIACKD will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once the item has been returned, please allow 1-2 business days for inspection. After inspection is complete, we will notify you via email and process your replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
